Your Tasks

  • Responsible from non-focus categories' business development & planning cycles like listing track & RSP and RAP work
  • Collaboratively work with SCM Category Team & Marketing to lead pricing & promo strategies
  • Analyse promo efficiency and act accordingly and lead company promo master plan in line with company commercial calendar
  • Lead company forecasting period effectively in the name of sales team by Channel by Category by Account by SKU
  • Responsible from all RGM related topics, especially leading promo policy and trade spend monitoring
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the promo analyse tool to reflect uplift effect
  • Interact with sales and SCM category teams to understand promo forecast & efficiency drivers
  • Create and maintain promo & price analysis & scorecard for meaningful discussions with both internally & externally
  • Actively engage with Sales & SCM Category & Marketing teams to improve processes and methodologies.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in reputable universities
  • Min 3 years’ experience in RGM / Sales / Trade Marketing / Business Development / Business Analytics etc
  • “Analyse first, act second” mindset.
  • A personality that rejects and questions established practices.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and advanced level in the use of excel other Office programs.
