We are currently recruiting for a position based on a 2-year fixed-term employment contract. 

Your Tasks

We are the Global Finance Services (GFS) team at Beiersdorf Shared Services, The Global Shared Services business partner within the Beiersdorf family. We are closely integrated into the Beiersdorf organization, so we can work with our internal partners on eyelevel and always deliver maximum value. And we do this together with great people in a dynamic and international working environment that offers various exciting development opportunities. The Finance Services Team is responsible for the Financial Accounting of Polish Beiersdorf companies as well as European affiliates of one of our luxury brands. 
You will join our Poznan Beiersdorf Campus, work for top brands such as NIVEA and Eucerin in diverse, international environment with great atmosphere and many development opportunities. 

 

Your tasks:

  • Main responsible for accounts receivable (esp. cash collection and credit mgmt.) and support of monthly closing for our Polish sales entity 
  • Self-reliant analysis and documentation of customer accounts 
  • Contact for financial and tax auditors and external service providers regarding all topics in AR 
  • Bank accounting (e.g. cash allocation) 
  • Posting of asset and inventory items 
  • Active support of ongoing improvement of processes and systems in current accounting 
  • Support international projects
     

Your Profile

  • Education in Finance and Accounting appreciated 
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (esp. Cash Collection, Credit Mgmt) 
  • Safe handling of SAP R/3 or S/4 HANA (Modules: FI/CO) is a MUST; basic knowledge of SD-module preferred 
  • First experience with accounting standards 
  • Structured, analytical working method 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English 
  • Ability to work 3 days a week from our Beiersdorf Campus located in Poznań
  • Strong interest in ongoing improvement of accounting processes and new accounting topics 
  • Team spirit and initiative, international mindset
