Your Tasks

As Customer Centricity is one of the pillars of Customer Service, this role aims to provide our customers with the best level of service, increase the automation and continuous improvement. This role will be responsible for order entry using tools such as EDI, CRM, Esker, Excel Upload, managing logistics incidents, correcting invoicing, and communicate with customers. He/she will be required to proactively communicate with other internal and external personnel including but not limited to:  Sales Representative, KAM, Marketing, Finance and Logistics. 

 

Main challenges and responsibilities:

Provide our customers with the best level of service, increasingly relying on process automation.

Verifies the accuracy of the customer’s orders and makes and communicates any corrections deemed necessary to ensure that all orders are accepted and entered correctly.

Answers customer inquiries relating to order status, shipping/delivery dates, and any additional questions that may arise.

Ensures the correctly invoice process according to the commercial agreements.

Manages the credit notes timely.

Guarantees the KPI indicators. 

Your Profile

 

Hard skills

Bachelor’s degree

2+ year on similar job or experience in logistics / supply chain

SAP experience is highly preferred

Experience working with EDI, CRM, Esker, Excel Upload, processes is preferred.

Appetence for IT and new technologies (ex: ChatGPT, Power BI, CRM system, Esker)

Fluency in Portuguese

Professional working proficiency in English

Spanish is a plus.
