Your Tasks

Role Purpose

Reporting to the Brand Manager, this role is responsible for executing the best route-to-market activities at our point of sales in order to achieve the company results and goals, working in partnership with Marketing and Sales teams

Main Accountabilities

Drive, align and execute appropriate point-of-sale initiatives (Promo and POS materials) for the proper brand and shopping experience.

  • Act as project manager for the creation of POS materials (e.g.displays)
  • Coordinate and execute in-store initiatives and shopping experience at POS.
  • Implement the appropriate tools by customer segment, following the POS Excellence lead and guidelines.
  • Participate in strategic category management projects to achieve concrete business results, by improving assortment and shelf presentations.
  • Business KPI analysis, tracking success and identifying gaps versus planned outcomes for initiatives.

Specific Projects and Responsibilities:

  • Promo P&L responsibility(proposition, execution, evaluation)
  • POS materials execution aligned w/ the brand strategy and guidelines
  • Specific POS budget management
  • Campaign ROI analysis: effectiveness of promo and other initiatives, providing insights and learning for the future

Hard and Soft Skills:

  • Higher education in Management, Business Administration (or similar);
  • Experience in POS/Promo/TradeMarketing/Shopper roles and Pharmacy channel will be valorized
  • Solid MS-Office & Outlook knowledge (namely Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English;
  • Proactive, flexible and willing to take ownership for own role;
  • Strong  analytical thinking;
  • Organized and with high attention to detail
  • Business Oriented;
  • Collaborative team player
