Your Tasks
Job Purpose - To work with the Category & Revenue Growth Managers to identify opportunities for business development in terms of pricing, promotion and assortment.
Main challenges and responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy - Supports the S&CM, Marketing and Sales teams monitoring Market & Sell Out Data and providing recommendations for developing the commercial strategy (product assortment & mix, pricing architecture, promotional optimization) by channel, customer and category to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Distribution and Visibility – Manage AI based tool to improve assortment and POS efficiency, maximizing availability and visibility on shelf.
- Work with the Category Team to ensure New Product Launches are relevant within each category and retailer, supporting with competitor and market monitoring on pricing and promotional activity.
- Pricing - Monitor and evaluate pricing within each category, making recommendations to sales management on how to adequate price positioning to shoppers and channels.
- Promotions Evaluation - Monitor and evaluate promotional performance internally and externally to ensure our activity is effective within each category and retailer, making recommendations to sales team on how to improve the promo strategy and planning.
Key Interfaces are Shopper & Customer Marketing, Marketing, Sales and Finance Teams
Your Profile
Hard skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Management Information or Industrial Management. Master Frequency or Master completed.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
- High proficiency in MS Office applications (namely Excel and Power Point);
- Power BI and SAP analysis for office are an added value

- Strong sense of financial analysis and evaluation;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
