Your Tasks
Deliver Financial results [sell in and sellout] and TTC Management
• Lead and supervise Key Account Managers and Key Account Executives
• Execute and co-design channel strategy across customers
• Develop and manage customers to drive the brand strategy at the POS
• Deliver excellence in execution across 5P [Presence, Placement, Price, Promotion, POSM]
• Overdrive innovation for Nivea, Eucerin and Curitas.
• Elaborate, implement and follow up customers negotiations [JBP, T2T Meetings]
• Execute and manage Trade Promotional plans to deliver sellout growth and market share.
• Lead Channel quality inputs for S&OP process.
• Coordinate along with S&CM and Field Sales the in-store execution of the Channel.
• Usage of DMS as a business driver focusing on driving: Active Accounts, T10 and reduction of unbilled accounts.
• Keep and manage healthy stock levels across customers.
Leadership and people management
Develop a high-performance team via:
• Active role in identification and development of internal talent and recruitment of external talent to ensure that we have the right level of capability in place.
• Coach and train Key Account teams, via formal training and informal working sessions.
• Lead local meetings to communicate and deliver key workstreams and build a positive learning environment focused personal & professional growth.
• Live and communicate core values in day to day behavior and actions.
• Contributes and act as an active Sales Community member to drive fast learning and best practice sharing and implementation.
Your Profile
- At least 8 years of experience in Sales,Shopper
- In-depth knowledge of Pharmacy, Independent Pharmacy
- Strong [Analytical, Market understanding, leading multi-functional teams, customer development, category building stories]
- Financial Analysis skills required
- Proven experiences of matching brand strategies and channel strategies, and translating it into execution
- Customer-centric thinking
- Able to identify customers ‘needs and build business strategies based on them.
- Strong leadership skills (experienced in leading teams and/or cross-functional teams)
- Pragmatic, Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style
- Able to adapt, navigate and have a protagonist role in a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player
- Personable, Energetic, Responsive, Confident and Honest
- Fluent English
