Your Tasks
Role Purpose:
Develop and coordinate the brand strategies at point of sale for the different channels, ensuring an excellent execution at POS for region aligned with MKT & Sales. Based on analysis and trends of the Shopper & Market, giving support to achieve Net Sales, Market Shares & profitability objectives.
Main Accountabilities:
- Define and develop the strategy for each channel, based on the brand strategies guidelines. Ensuring an integrated support (ATL & BTL).
- Ensure excellent execution at POS (strong call to action relevant for the shopper), based on brand guidelines (quote, create materials, follow up design)
- Generate and implement the annual plan to encourage growth of the different brands, working with multifunctional teams (Marketing, Sales & Supply Chain).
- Supervision of Promotional Plan (On packs). Implement guidelines on promotional strategies and analysis
- Manage & control the marketing budget for POS support, ensuring a positive ROI and a correct implementation (100% at the end of the year).
- Support the commercial team to develop and implement tactical actions, ensuring a quick reaction in the market.
- Sales tracker follow up with Pharmacy analysis in each country.
- Distribution implementation for Eucerin and follow up Trax for Hansaplast
- Ensure training program and execution for Dermoadvisors, Pharmacy Advisors, e-learning and local platforms with Detailing collaboration.
- Align country Dermoadivsors/ Supervisors KPI´s to ensure positive ROI
- 360° meetings for each country
- Ensure POS execution in Dispensing model and propose detailing forecast for dispensing in GT,SV,DO,HN
Your Profile
Knowledge, skills and Experience:
- Engineer (Chemical/Industrial)
- 5 or more years of experience in Trademarketing & Sales areas.
- Knowledge of the different distribution channels, mainly Drug Channel (Pharmacies).
- Analytical, result oriented, team work with strong leadership.
