(Assistant) Mgr-Science and Communication

Your Tasks

• Support the Regional Face and Men Care project pipeline building
• Lead the development of science communication strategy for new product launches, life cycle management and relaunches offline and online
• Educate Marketing & Sales on skin science, active ingredients, technologies, and products
• Play as critical contributor for skin science collaborations in the Asia Pacific region
• Connect and stimulate innovation activities and results between Beiersdorf Headquarters and Asia Pacific region
• Act as a spokesperson for R&D skin science, e.g. in Livestreams or Videos
• Work in interdisciplinary teams with Marketing, R&D, Safety, Regulatory affairs, E-Comm Sales

Your Profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharma or comparable subjects, business degree is a plus, English level upper-intermediate
Science and Communication Manager
• 3-5 years of working experience in cosmetics or food industry within R&D or Marketing with the demonstrated record of Scientific Communication
• Proactive, self-motivated, self-reliant with effective prioritisation skills
• Passionate about discovering strong scientific insights and transforming them in winning propositions to build the Regional Face and Men Care project pipeline
• Clear communication and presentation skills to represent Beiersdorf brands and science at Lives and public events
• Interest in working interdisciplinary in a modern and dynamic cross-functional environment
