Your Tasks
The job holder provides consumer packaging concepts and solutions for the regional market. The job holder continuously improves the existing packaging solutions in terms of costs, quality and efficiency.
1. Represents the Regional Packaging Development within the Core Team
2. Assure coordination of all defined packaging development work packages regarding completeness, in time accomplishment, sustainability, quality and costs
3. Represent all packaging development interests (i.e. strategy,processes, global development guidelines, test methods, validation processes) within IIM projects

Your Profile
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Chemistry or Engineering (e.g. Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering)
2. Fluent English communication skills
3. 1- 2 years relevant business experience in packaging development or technical Polymer/Resins project management
4. Good MS Office and PowerPoint skills required; experience with SAP is a plus.
6. Analytical and framework thinking, innovative for solutions
7. Good influencing and communication skills
8. Self-motivated and result-oriented
