RESPONSABILITIES

  • Establishing and maintaining an excellent relation and cooperation with the authorized contact partners at the key accounts and representing the company in all negotiations with the KA;
  • Planning the KA sales development per client/per BGR within the strategic forecasting (ABP/FC II);
  • Developing and implementing the plan for promotional activities within the KA;
  • Actively contributing to the operative sales and import planning in cooperation with the Sales Forecaster and the Brand Managers; 
  • Taking proactive measures to optimize the turnover and profit from each client;
  • Implementation and Control of the company policy on optimal assortment, shelf space & appearance, pricing and promotional activities within KA outlets;
  • Monitoring the level of discounts granted to the KA clients according to the structure, internationally agreed within BDF (TTC);
  • Taking responsibility for raising each problem or unclear situation/incident to the KA partners, even if they are not purely sales related (e.g. logistical or financial issues);
  • Collaborating on various Projects within the Commercial team, in support of optimization of Sales Operations;
  • The incumbent contributes to developing new, relevant POS-material and promotion-ideas and evaluates the efficiency of actual implemented concepts; 
  • The incumbent has shared management over a team of Sales Representatives together with the other KAM and CM, through supervision on the achievement of their qualitative and quantitative targets, and performance optimization.  

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • A developed degree of strategic forward thinking;
  • Analytical skills to work with each client;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; 
  • Education: University degree in Economics, Business Management or related subject;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales;
  • PC Know-how: very good MS-Office skills;
  • Languages: excellent command of spoken and written English.
