Role Purpose

  • Developing trust relationships with key customers to ensure sustainable products selling.
  • Expanding the relationships with responsible customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure the proper products and services are delivered to customers on time.
  • Serve as the bridge of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Prepare regular reports of tasks progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Main Accountabilities

  • Ability in problem-solving and contract negotiation is necessary.
  • Proven experience as key account manager.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with talented in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Long Description

  • Bachelor & Above Degree.
  • 2+ years of experiences in Cosmetic/ Retail/ FMCG.
  • Experience of CVS/ Supermarket management and contract negotiation skill is a plus.
  • Sense of market trends, customer annual strategy and take-action quickly.
  • Demonstrate excellent learning agilities and result oriented.
  • Cross-functional communication skill.
