Your Tasks

Our Global Procurement Marketing team is a very cosmopolitan and diverse team of 26 people, with colleagues from 16 nations, speaking over 18 different languages. We are passionate in what we do, approach projects from a very entrepreneurial angle and are therefore seen as business partners on eye-level by our internal stake holders. Our team is globally as well as strategically responsible for diverse Marketing categories, like Media, Digital, Marketing Research and Brand Identity.   • You will be working closely with the digital and diverse marketing functions being responsible for sourcing digital as well as other digitally specialized agency services and tools, from AdTech, SEO to Precision Marketing etc. 
  • In this context you will consult and support implementing the global digital agency strategy, negotiate contracts with agencies in a national, as well as in a regional context. Shaping and steering the collaboration with our agency partners is also one of your main responsibilities.
  • Furthermore you will run global and regional market and competitor analyses in the digital marketing and marketing technology business fields with the objective to identify further optimization opportunities.
  • As part of a team you will initiate, realize and monitor projects by taking the lead as well as responsibility for your defined work packages, projects and tasks.
  • In your role you will further develop and execute procurement processes, methods, systems and you will also support the implementation of the Supply Chain and Procurement Strategies.

Your Profile

  • University Degree in Marketing, Economics, or technical disciplines
  • Several years of professional experience in an international environment in the procurement of digital marketing services, in other strategic procurement or digital/AdTech functions or in digital as well as specialized agencies 
  • Have strong affinity with digital media channels such as SEA, SEO, Programmatic, Social
  • Experienced with advanced digital marketing practices, after having worked on media planning, execution, and optimization efforts for one or multiple brands (at brand or agency side)
  • Have a good understanding of different adtech solutions and can assess their value.
  • Clearly understand terms such as CDP, DSP, DMP, SSP, CRO, DCO 
  • Understand media operational models and in-housing practices  
  • Capabilities and experience in Account/Project Management and in leading cross-functional (international) teams
