RESPONSABILITIES

  • Administration and development of the portfolio of International and retail clients;
  • Presentation, promotion and sale of the company's products, in accordance with the company's commercial standards and policies;
  • Permanently ensures the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives, numerical distribution, weighted as well as efficiency (orders vs. visits) in the assigned area;
  • Periodically visit the clients in the assigned area according to the routing plan agreed with the Area Manager;
  • Periodically monitors the stock of products at assigned customers to eliminate OOS (out of stock) situations with the help of the customer file and acts to resolve non-delivery situations or mistaken orders;
  • Executes the correct implementation of promotions as well as promotional materials: stands, special display islands;
  • Establishes good relations with clients to solve all occasional problems in a timely manner and in good conditions;
  • Actively participates in the planning and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy;
  • Monitors the development and completion of contracts;
  • Completes correctly and on time the sales reports requested by the direct superior and collects other data from the field;
  • Identify new clients and create opportunities for long-term collaboration with them;
  • Monitors and permanently executes merchandising activities - directly or through outsourced services - in accordance with the merchandising standards established at the national level;
  • Responsible for the correct implementation of the contracts and agreements concluded with clients from the portfolio (main shelf placement, secondary permanent and promotional placements, special activities in stores).

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • University degree;
  • The ability to set the right priorities and to meet deadlines; 
  • International orientation; 
  • PC Know-how: Good user of MS Excel, Power Point and other MS Office applications; 
  • Languages: excellent command of spoken and written English.
